Shipping & Returns

FREE shipping for orders over $75.00. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. 

Returns/Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.  Items must be in new and unused condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

**Please note that if any item is returned with animal hair; cigarette or perfume smell, deodorant or any other stains; or appears to be worn, scuffed or used your return will NOT be accepted and you will be charged to have items shipped back to you.


You will receive information on how to use your store credit within 5 days of returned items being received by us.

We are NOT able to process exchanges. If you need to return/exchange an item, please see return information above. You will then be able to place a new order with store credit. 

Cancelled Orders: Items or orders cancelled will be issued store credit in the form of a coupon code emailed to the customer's email address. Cancelled orders will not be refunded back to method of payment. 

No Returns on Jewelry, Bodysuits, Swimsuits, or Sale items.  If you have hesitations or questions about a clearance or sale item, please contact us so we can help you get the right size! Store credit will not be given for sale and clearance items. 

Damaged Items: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item comes damaged, please email within 3 days of arrival with the following information:
1. "Defective" + Order number in the Subject Line.
2. Take a picture of the damaged item and include in your email.
3. Include your first and last name and shipping address in the body of the email.
